$100 (CAC member $90) for the 3-week course buys you 8 hours of one-on-one instruction from a prize-winning artist. A $30 material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class for your materials.
Kick back and relax while you learn the age-old practice of working yarn for a calming experience that induces agility of mind and peace of heart. Whether experienced or new to the medium, children and adults alike will enjoy the meditative quality of knitting, where individuals will make “utilitarian” art – the art you can use every day. Knitting develops strong minds, focus, mathematics, and who knows what else you’ll discover throughout the course.
