Most people do yoga for flexibility. Did you know it also supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, and quality sleep? We invite you, yes the public, our community, to grab a mat and come join us. On nice days we will have yoga on our lawn, and on cold or wet days we will have it in the Douglasville Police Department Community Room next to the main building. This is a FREE class once a month on a scheduled Wednesday evening that begins at 5:30 pm and lasts about an hour.
